Rousay Red #5 Hot Sauce is blend of 3 peppers (red Thai, red chili peppers and Scotch Bonnet) mixed with our tomato base to give it a sweet then hot flavour!  This sauce took third place in the Medium Hot Sauce category at the Heat Wave Expo in London, ON on May 28th, 2022!

The sauce is an all purpose good for anything flavour boost that tastes great as a topping on eggs, tacos and burritos, used as a chicken wing sauce,  as an additive to pasta sauce to give it a kick, on oysters and other seafood and is especially delicious in Caesars!
