Vaffanculo is an homage to spicy italian tomato sauce. We start with roasting red habaneros, then add fresh roma tomatoes, italian herbs, red wine and garlic. It is the perfect addition to any sauce or marinade. It pairs well with pasta, beef, sausage, tofu and all vegetables. A perfectly versatile medium heat sauce.
