Add the flavor of the southwest to any dish. We cook with a lot of mesquite wood here in Southwest Oklahoma so we wanted to recreate that flavor in a seasoning. This is a smoky blend with just a hint of ancho chile. We also add it to beans, sprinkled on popcorn or add to any food that you want to kick up a notch!
11 oz. plastic bottle
Ingredients: salt, spices (including ancho chili pepper and celery), sugar, dextrose, smoked paprika, dehydrated garlic, maltodextrin, paprika, citric acid, dehydrated onion, natural flavors, extractive of spice, and not more than 2% sunflower oil and silicon dioxide added as a processing agent. Gluten Free

I used this mesquite seasoning to cook ribs, pairing it with Nerpy's Tropical BBQ Sauce, and the results were awesome! These ribs balanced tropical heat without overpowering the flavour profile, and created a smoke ring that just doesn't quit.
