Smoked Chicken Wings

One of my favorite things to cook on the smoker is chicken wings.  I found a great recipe on line a few years ago and have been tweaking the ingredients ever since, trying to get the taste to the next level.  Today in honor of All BBQ Canada’s launch I used the Plowboys Barbeque Yardbird Rub and finished them with Firebug Grilling Sauce, a new product we will be launching very soon.  Honestly, the best wings ever!!
