Our beef injection & brine can be used in multiple ways. You can inject for that tender, juicy beef or you can brine with it! It's the perfect combination of salt, sugar, spices to take your beef to the next level!
Ingredients :
Hydrolyzed soy protein with safflower oil, hydrolyzed corn gluten, Hydrolyzed soy protein with safflower oil, hydrolyzed corn gluten, maltodextrin, sodium phosphate, sugar, beef type flavor (baker's yeast extract), salt, beef flavor (beef stock, flavor), yeast extract, xanthan gum, disodium inosinate and guanylate, beef fat, smoke powder, citric acid and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
