Blues Hog Beef Marinade Mix

Boost up the beefy flavor with Blues Hog Beef Marinade Mix - 11 oz.
Brine, Inject, Soak, and enjoy the amplified taste on a variety of your favorite meats. Perfect as a marinade, injection, or even an Au Jus.


Add 1/2 cup Dry Blues Hog Beef Marinade to 2 Cups Water or juice for every 15 lb. of meat. Submerge or inject meat at least 30 minutes before cooking/grilling.

Ingredients: 

Salt, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Sodium Phosphate, Natural Flavors, Xanthan Gum, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice, Soybean Oil, Modified Food Starch, Rendered Beef Fat, Palm Oil, and not more than 2% Calcium Silicate (added to prevent caking).
