What an absolutely beautiful hot sauce. This is not a "burn your lips off" kind of hot sauce. The flavour, oh my word, the flavour!! light refreshing, you can taste the peppers. I can use this as chip dip! add a tablespoon to some plain yogurt, its amazing!
