Tried Deez Nuts pecan rub on salmon last night and it was delicious. I just spread a thin layer of mayo on the filets, mixed a lot of Deez Nuts with panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and minced garlic and dipped the mayo side of the filets in the mix to make a crust. Baked at 400 F for 15 mins and served with fresh lemon. I’ve also used on a variety of veggies and I imagine it’ll be delicious with roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes too.
