Blues Hog Pork Marinade Mix was created to help boost the pork flavor of your pork shoulders, butts or whole hog. It can be used as a brine, Injection or soak, and let this mic do the work to amplify the flavor profile on any of your larger cuts of pork on for pork steaks and chops. The ideal marinade, injection, or even an Au Jus.
DIRECTIONS: Add 1/3 cup Dry Marinade to 2 Cups Water of Juice for every 15 lb. of meat. Submerge or inject meat at least 30 minutes before cooking/grilling.
Ingredients:Sugar, Salt, Brown Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Yeast Protein, Yeast Extract, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Molasses, Maltodextrin, Corny Syrup Solids, Soybean Oil, Natural Flavors, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Caramel Color, Soy Sauce Solids (wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Palm Oil, Tamarind, and not more than 2% Calcium Silicate (added to prevent caking).
