There's nothing new about a spatchcocked chicken, but the Combo of Cattleman's Grill Ranchero & Austria Grape BBQ sauce added after I finished the cook was - excellent! I liked the FOGO charcoal, too - I will keep using it to compare and contrast with JD. I'll Be Back!!

Great Rub
I’ll be using this for years to come. Great texture. Gives you a nice savoury bird with some nice pepper notes. I’ve only used it on whole chickens cooked on the Weber but I can’t wait to try it on chicken pieces as well.
