I tried this on a couple of Prime Rib Roasts...I use garlic olive oil for binder, then use the Heath Riles Garlic /butter rub...It was to say the least outstanding.. I highly recommend this on any beef your doing in the smoker...I am just doing an 18 pound wagu brisket....and put this rub on it...cant wait to taste it..
