Use Blues Hog Rise & Brine to inject and/or brine all of your favorite poultry including chicken and turkey.

Add 1/2 Cup Rise & Brine Mix to 2 Cups Water or Juice for every 15lb. of meat.  Submerge or Inject meat at least 30 minutes before cooking/grilling.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Phosphate, Spices (including Paprika), Maltedextrin, Monosodium Glutamate, Soybean Oil, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Modified Butter Oil, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Butter, Guar Gum, Extractives of Paprika and Tumeric (colour), Natural Flavours, Sodium Bicarbonate, Annatto, Tumeric and not more than 2% Calcium Sillicate (added to prevent caking).
